A delegation from Guizhou province in Southern China visited SIPU headquarters at the start of their study visit to Sweden, before continuing to Karlstad. 

As a background for their upcoming week-long Study visit, Senior Consultant Mr Bo Synnerholm in the morning introduced them to the Swedish political and administrative system. The afternoon focused on human resources management in the public sector as well as result-based management in government.

The 19 member delegation was led by Mr Wu Jun, Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Party Committee.
